Gary Cleland is a former national newspaper journalist who reported for The Daily Telegraph and has written for The Sunday Times, The Sun and the Daily Mirror. Before that he worked as chief reporter for The News in Portsmouth and local newspapers. He has interviewed CEOs of businesses including Vodafone and Network Rail and politicians including David Cameron, Alistair Darling and Charles Kennedy and has reported on everything from court cases to election campaigns; murders to naval budgets. Gary now offers media relations and communications advice to global businesses including Kimberley-Clark, Computershare and Clear Channel.
